Paul Little AO – Chairman
Paul Little is founder and chairman of the Little Group.
From 1986 to 2011, he was the Managing Director of Toll Holdings and oversaw the Toll Group’s rise to become Asia’s pre-eminent provider of logistics services.
Paul has received a Doctor of Business honoris causa from RMIT University.
He has been awarded an Officer of the Order of Australia for service to the development of the transport and logistics industries, and for service to the community through philanthropic support of sporting and medical research organisations.
Paul is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport. He is also Chairman of the Essendon Football Club, a Director of Property Exchange Australia (PEXA) and a Director of ASN Cement.
Merlion Club Melbourne Account Management
As part of the Merlion Club Melbourne, you will receive the benefit of a specialised Merlion Club account manager at LITTLE Real Estate, Leah Sharp. Leah will oversee and control the service experience and provide you with investment strategy assistance as you hold, sell or build your portfolio. We will educate you on the market, what investments work best in Australia and how to grow your wealth through property. Our aim is to build a long term and ongoing relationship with you.
Our company is the professional agent; our staff our professionals who adhere to strict KPIs and corporate procedures to ensure the service you receive is above the average real estate service offering in Australia.
Once you have appointed LITTLE Real Estate, you will receive the below services:
- Standard real estate services:
- Rent collection: manage rental payments, we set our tenants up on direct debit so you are assured funds are received each month. We also disburse funds daily.
- Routine inspections: Conduct detailed routine inspections with photos during the tenancy (first one after 3 months thereafter either 3 or 6 monthly)
- Tenant sourcing: strict tenant selection for consistent results
- Complete maintenance
- Organise leases
- Rental reviews: we assess the rent every 12 months
- VCAT Attendance if required
- PLUS additional LITTLE Real Estate services:
- Access to a Full time Maintenance Officer who qualifies suppliers, reviews all quotes over $5,000, and trains staff on all maintenance issues to ensure clients receive the best possible advice
- Comprehensive tribunal training to make sure we can represent clients if ever needed (smaller agencies may not have the adequate training or resources)
- Landlords receive access to 24/7 landlord portal and phone app – providing transparency of property managers deadlines (eg routine inspections, rental reviews) access to all invoices, notifications on when rent is paid (very similar to online banking – access to all information regarding their property file)
- Customer Care Centre for after hours (we understand tenants may have questions before or after work so we have dedicated staff to answer these queries)
- Renovation advice and tailoring your property to suit the rental demographic advice
- Access and notification on stock that suits your investment strategy
